سنجش ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از وضعيت تحليلي از وضعيت کمّي و کيفي فضاي فضاي سبز شهري با تأکيد بر سنجش رضايتمندي ساکنين شهر نظرآباد

چکيده: امروزه با توجه به رشد و گسترش شهر و شهرشنيني، معضلات متعددي گريبان گير شهر و شهروندان مي باشد. فضاي سبز به ويژه پارک هاي شهري، به عنوان عنصر اصلي در اوقات فراعت و آرامش بخشي به شهروندان امروزه مشخص مي باشد. پارک ها از اصلي ترين بخش هاي کاربري هاي فضاي سبز مي باشد که به صورت عمومي در دسترس همه شهروندان شهر مي باشد. آنچه که مهم است کيفيت توزيع و پراکنش اين پارک ها در سطح شهر و همچنين کيفيت تاسيسات و خدمات ارايه شده در آن ها مي باشد. شهر نظرآباد با توجه به مجاورت با شهرهاي بزرگ از جمله کرج و تهران، داراي رشد سريع در جمعيت و توسعه فيزيکي بوده است. بنابراين ضرورت دارد که وضعيت اين کاربري مهم در آن به لحاظ کمي و کيفي ارزيابي شود. در اين پژوهش ابتدا پراکنش پارک ها، سرانه هاي موجود، ميزان تجهيزات و تاسيسات موجود در پارک ها انجام شده است. سپس با استفاده از پرسش نامه، وضعيت کيفي و رضايت شهروندان از وضعيت پارک هاي موجود سنجيده شده است. نتايج به اين صورت مي باشد که در وضعيت کمي، کمبود در سرانه و مساحت هاي پارک ها و فضاهاي سبز شهر نظرآباد وجود دارد و از اين نظر نامناسب مي باشد. در تحليل وضعيت کيفي، نيز رضايت شهروندان از امنيت و امکانات نامناسب مي باشد و در بخش خدمات رفاهي پارک هاي شهري، شهروندان از وضعيت موجود راضي مي باشند.

Nowadays, with the development of cities and urbanization, the problems and difficulties suffered several cities and civilians. The urban green spaces, especially parks, as the evening relaxing in leisure time and is now recognized as citizens. Urban parks and green spaces of the main parts is publicly and freely available to all the citizens of the city. But what is important to the quality of distribution parks in the city as well as the quality of facilities and services offered in these spaces and it is. Nazarabad city as the center of the city, due to its proximity to major cities including Tehran and Karaj, has been a rapid growth in population and physical development. Therefore it is necessary that the status of this important user in the city to be evaluated both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this study, quantitative analysis, including distribution parks, per capita available, the equipment and facilities available in the park is done. Using a questionnaire, the quality and satisfaction of the citizens of the state park system is measured. If the results are quantitative, low per capita area of parks and green spaces in the city and there Nazarabad this is inappropriate. In analyzing the quality is poor and the satisfaction of security and welfare in urban parks, citizens are happy with the situation.
